The wooden handle has a nice, solid feel in my hand—not flimsy at all—and the blade’s heft does most of the work when dividing a batch of pizza dough. It’s become my go-to for evening out portions before proofing, and I’ve stopped reaching for my bench scraper entirely.

The tapered blade glides through dough so cleanly I finally get even portions every time, and the weight in my hand feels just right for pressing down firmly. I've used it for three pizza nights in a row and it's already my favorite kitchen tool.

The tapered blade makes slicing through a thick batch of dough feel almost effortless, and I love how the weight just settles in your hand. Portioning is finally consistent, which has cut my prep time down noticeably.
