The stainless steel inner core gives it just the right amount of firmness—my last scraper flopped around like wet cardboard. It glides under the dough and lifts it cleanly from the bowl every single time.

I’ve used scrapers that bend too much or too little, but this one has just the right tension thanks to the steel core inside the silicone. It gets every bit of dough out of the bowl without sticking, and the handle feels sturdy in my palm. Cleanup is a quick rinse and it’s ready for the next batch.

The silicon outer really grips the dough without sticking, and the stainless steel core gives it just enough rigidity to scrape the bowl clean in one pass. I’ve used it every bake since it arrived, and it’s made the whole process noticeably less messy.
