I’ve had this rack on my truck for two months now, and that fibre board cutting board is genuinely solid—I’ve chopped onions on it in the middle of nowhere without a single splinter. The fact that I can slide it out and serve pizza straight from the roof is the kind of overkill I didn’t know I neede

The removable cutting board is the standout for me—slicing tomatoes on the roof while dinner cooks below felt weirdly civilized. Fiber board held up fine after a dusty weekend, no warping or splinters.

We camped three days off-grid and the fibre board cutting board got a workout—sliced veggies on it, then wiped it clean and used it as a pizza tray that night. Felt sturdy enough to stand on while loading the roof. Removable is the best part, makes cleanup a breeze.
